Despite the fact that it is a sign of frigid weather coming, it just makes me feel happy and Christmas-y and like putting on flannels and having some hot chocolate by the fire. I caught myself singing Christmas carols the other day!! It was JUST summer.

The leaves look a bit soggy because it's been raining for two days. (They ARE soggy.)
I stepped on this one before I saw it. Still pretty. Wouldn't the driveway make a nice countertop in the kitchen? I think I've been watching too many of those kitchen remodel shows.
